Every part in its place.
More material put to use.
Plan cuts for welded mesh, sheet metal, MDF, glass and other sheet materials. Arrange rectangular parts and track material use at each stage.

From planning to cutting
Define the material, parts and cutting conditions. TelaCut searches for a layout and reports the result alongside the known bounds of the search.
Free or guillotine cutting
Choose the cutting model for your process and inspect the guillotine cutting sequence.
Cutting kerf
Account for material consumed by the tool, including fractional kerf widths.
Edge banding
Enter finished dimensions and edge banding for each side. The program calculates cutting dimensions and banding quantities.
Offcuts across stages
Organize project stages and track offcut origin, consumption and remaining stock.
Machine constraints
For guillotine cutting, set supported constraints such as first direction, stages and trimming. Check suitability for your machine before cutting.
Reports and DXF
Take part lists, drawings and quantities into review and production.
A layout you can inspect. A proof when available.
The report distinguishes the lower bound, the best layout found and a proven minimum. If the search ends without closing the gap, the program reports that the minimum has not been proven. A proof applies to the parts, constraints and cutting model considered.
Precision beyond borders.
